At Marchetti Group, we believe that projects begin long before the first crews mobilize the job site. During the pre-construction phase, our team is studying the construction documentation, reviewing site conditions, identifying key milestones and notifying the team of any possible points of concern. Services include project schedules, site surveying of existing conditions, value engineering and logistically planning.
Our team has the knowledge and leadership to guide the project team through the project process. From estimating, planning, execution through closure. We use the scheduling tools and digital aides to provide the project with continued progress updates. Budget analysis, project scheduling, RFI tracking and site logistic management are all lead by our staff.
The Marchetti Group team works tirelessly throughout the project process to ensure a quality product is delivered within the team’s budget parameters. During construction our site team manages safety, installation quality and all details leading to final punch list creation. As a project is closing out, our support staff works with the project team to ensure all site installs are complete, project documentation is captured and any post-construction warranty needs are met.
