Project Description
This University themed renovation and conversion to the new Graduate Hotel brand located in the heart of the UC Berkeley campus. The renovation work included all guestrooms, corridors, lobby and dining area.
Color themed to mirror the UC Berkeley scheme and a mix of rich woods, fabrics and wall textures to create a one of a kind look.
Unique elements include the nearly 9,000 National Geographic magazines that flank built-in shelving wall within the lobby reception desk.
